Start Phase 1

On the first day of your period, start with one scoop daily of Phase 1 Moon Seeds for the next 14 days.

Switch To Phase 2

On Day 15, typically around ovulation, take one scoop daily of Phase 2 Moon Seeds for the next 14 days. Restart Phase 1 when complete.
