Clean Coleslaw

1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds, ground
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Ground Fennel
1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds, ground
*Green Cabbage, shredded
*Red Cabbage, shredded
*Green Apples, diced
*Pecans, chopped
*Measurement to preference.
  1. To make the dressing, combine Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, avocado oil, dijon mustard, and ground fennel in a small bowl. Mix until homogeneous and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, diced apples, chopped pecans. Add the dressing and toss until well combined.
  3. Plate up your desired serving of coleslaw with a sprinkle of 1 scoop (2 tbsp) of ground Moon Seeds and enjoy!
