1 pouch Phase 1 Moon Seeds
2/3 cup Almond Butter
2/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Gluten-free Oats
1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)
- Grind pouch of Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder or a food processor for 30 seconds.
- Combine the ground seeds and all remaining ingredients (almond butter, shredded coconut, oats, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, Himalayan pink salt) in a food processor.
- Blend for 3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Roll into 14 equal-sized energy bites.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for optimal freshness.
- Eat 1 energy bite daily during Phase 1 to follow the seed syncing/seed cycling practice.
