Flax and Pumpkin Seed Energy Bites

1 pouch Phase 1 Moon Seeds

2/3 cup Almond Butter

2/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

1/2 cup Gluten-free Oats

1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup

1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)


  1. Grind pouch of Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder or a food processor for 30 seconds.
  2. Combine the ground seeds and all remaining ingredients (almond butter, shredded coconut, oats, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, Himalayan pink salt) in a food processor.
  3. Blend for 3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Roll into 14 equal-sized energy bites.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for optimal freshness.
  6. Eat 1 energy bite daily during Phase 1 to follow the seed syncing/seed cycling practice.

Super delicious! I did have a couple problems though. They didn’t stick together very well. Also the flax didn’t grind very well in the food processor. Did they not stick together will BECAUSE the flax didn’t grind up? Or are they separate problems? It wasn’t moving well in the food processor. I just watched the video again and I noticed your almond butter is a lot more fluid. I used Justin’s classic almond butter. Hopefully they’ll turn out a little more as they were intended next time but any suggestions would be appreciated.
