1 pouch Phase 1 Moon Seeds, ground
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate (70%+), chopped
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Real Honey
2/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)
- Grind pouch of Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder or your food processor for 30 seconds.
- Combine ground seeds and all remaining ingredients (dark chocolate, cacao powder, honey, coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt) in a food processor
- Blend for about 3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Roll into 14 equal-sized energy bites. Alternatively, pour batter into a container, let set in the fridge, and cut into 14 equal pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for optimal freshness.
- Eat 1 energy bite daily during Phase 1 to follow the seed syncing/seed cycling practice.
