Creamy Banana Overnight Oats

Servings: 4


1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds, ground
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond Milk or any Non-Dairy Milk
2 tbsp Non-Dairy Yogurt (Optional)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Banana, mashed
Pinch of Cinnamon (Optional)
Favorite Oatmeal Toppings (berries, granola, nut butter, etc.)


  1. Grind Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder or a food processor. Set aside 1 scoop (2 tbsp) of grounds for the oats.
  2. In a sealable container, add ground Moon Seeds, oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, mashed banana, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir well or seal the container and shake well.
  4. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, top off your oatmeal with your favorite oatmeal toppings and enjoy!
