Ingredients 1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds, ground1/2 cup Rolled Oats1/2 cup Almond Milk or any Non-Dairy Milk2 tbsp Non-Dairy Yogurt (Optional)1 tbsp Chia Seeds1 Banana, mashedPinch of Cinnamon (Optional)Favorite Oatmeal Toppings (berries, granola, nut butter, etc.) |
Process
- Grind Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder or a food processor. Set aside 1 scoop (2 tbsp) of grounds for the oats.
- In a sealable container, add ground Moon Seeds, oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, mashed banana, and cinnamon.
- Stir well or seal the container and shake well.
- Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, top off your oatmeal with your favorite oatmeal toppings and enjoy!
