Process
Option 1 (Finer texture)
- Grind Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder to a fine powder. Add 1 scoop of ground seeds to blender.
- Add remaining ingredients (almond milk, blueberries, spinach, banana, protein powder, ice) to blender.
- Blend until preferred texture.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy your seedy smoothie!
Option 2 (Chunkier texture)
- Grind Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder to a fine powder.
- Add almond milk, blueberries, spinach, banana, protein powder, and ice to blender.
- Blend until preferred texture.
- Pour into a cup and sprinkle ground seeds on top.
- Enjoy your smoothie topped with seeds, or stir for a chunkier texture!
