Everyday Blueberry Smoothie


Ingredients

1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds (ground or whole)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop Vega chocolate protein powder (optional)
1 handful ice

 

Process

Option 1 (Finer texture)

  1. Grind Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder to a fine powder. Add 1 scoop of ground seeds to blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (almond milk, blueberries, spinach, banana, protein powder, ice) to blender.
  3. Blend until preferred texture.
  4. Pour into a cup and enjoy your seedy smoothie!
Option 2 (Chunkier texture)
  1. Grind Phase 1 Moon Seeds using our seed grinder to a fine powder.
  2. Add almond milk, blueberries, spinach, banana, protein powder, and ice to blender.
  3. Blend until preferred texture.
  4. Pour into a cup and sprinkle ground seeds on top.
  5. Enjoy your smoothie topped with seeds, or stir for a chunkier texture!
