1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds
2 cups Baby Spinach, fresh or frozen
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 Banana, fresh or frozen
1-2 cups Coconut Water
Juice of 1/2 Lime
3 sprigs of Fresh Mint
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)
- Add the Coconut Water to the blender.
- Start with 1 cup and add more, if needed, once you start blending.
- Next, add the Baby Spinach to the blender. Then, add 1 scoop (2 tbsp) Moon Seeds; they can be ground or whole, as the blender will grind them.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
- Blend for at least 60 seconds.
- Pour into a glass, toss in a reusable straw, and enjoy your daily dose of Moon Seeds!
