Seedy Summer Smoothie

Servings 1


1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 1 Moon Seeds (ground or whole)
2 cups Baby Spinach, fresh or frozen
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 Banana, fresh or frozen
1-2 cups Coconut Water
Juice of 1/2 Lime
3 sprigs of Fresh Mint
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)


  1. Start by adding 1 cup of coconut water to the blender. Add more while blending when necessary.
  2. Add the fresh/frozen baby spinach and Phase 1 Moon Seeds.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients (mango, banana, lime juice, mint) to the blender.
  4. Blend for at least 60 seconds, or to preferred texture.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy your daily dose of Moon Seeds!
