Process
- Start by adding 1 cup of coconut water to the blender. Add more while blending when necessary.
- Add the fresh/frozen baby spinach and Phase 1 Moon Seeds.
- Add the remaining ingredients (mango, banana, lime juice, mint) to the blender.
- Blend for at least 60 seconds, or to preferred texture.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your daily dose of Moon Seeds!
