1 pouch Phase 2 Moon Seeds
1-5 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil
3 tbsp Real Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes (depending on the power of your machine), pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
- When thoroughly blended, empty contents into an airtight container. Store in fridge for optimal freshness.
- Eat 2 tbsp daily during Phase 2 to follow the seed syncing/seed cycling practice.
