Sunflower Tahini Seed Butter


1 pouch Phase 2 Moon Seeds

1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil

¼ cup Maple Syrup (Optional)

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend for 4-5 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for optimal freshness.
  4. Eat 2 tbsp per day during Phase 2.
