Sunflower Tahini Seed Butter

1 pouch Phase 2 Moon Seeds
1-5 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil
3 tbsp Real Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Blend for 4-5 minutes (depending on the power of your machine), pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. When thoroughly blended, empty contents into an airtight container. Store in fridge for optimal freshness.
  4. Eat 2 tbsp daily during Phase 2 to follow the seed syncing/seed cycling practice.
