1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 2 Moon Seeds, ground
1 ripe medium avocado, mashed
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 shallot, finely chopped
1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
- Grind 1 scoop of Phase 2 Moon Seeds in our seed grinder or food processor for 10 seconds.
- Combine all remaining ingredients (avocado, lemon juice, shallot, green pepper, olive oil, chili flakes, salt) and ground seeds in a bowl.
- Mix until integrated.
