1 scoop (2 tbsp) Phase 2 Moon Seeds, ground
1 ripe medium avocado, mashed
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 shallot, finely chopped
1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Pinch of salt
- Grind pouch of Phase 1 Moon Seeds in the food processor for 30 seconds, then add all remaining ingredients.
- Blend for 3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Roll into 14 equal-sized energy bites.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for optimal freshness.
- Eat 1 energy bite per day during Phase 1.
